  Mike at Tilemaster in Aurora was a huge help with our purchase of floor tile. We required 850 Sq Ft for a cottage in a northern region that is outside their delivery zone. He and another super helpful coworker in shipping arranged to have the tile sent to their Barrie location where our contractor could pick it up a few days later. Before we had arrived back home we received a call from Mike explaining that the purchase may have inadvertently been charged twice to our credit card, and to call him back once we had a chance to check our account. It was in fact the case and he reversed it immediately. I just got a call from the Barrie location saying our contractor had picked up the tile but forgot the receipt, asked for my email and sent it to me a minute later. Great service all around. Tilemaster's staff are professional, helpful and go the extra distance to make you feel like your business really matters.
