  We ordered a cake for my son's birthday. 3 days before the party, my wife had to call and cancel the order as the party place told us that there is no outside cake is allowed. Baskin Robins shop owner/manager said they can not cancel as they already made the cake. My wife was shocked and asked don't they make it fresh at the day of party. Then he changed his word and said just the base is now ready and they can not refund the $30 deposit. My wife went to the store and asked to take the base as it is ready. As you may guess, there was no base, he was just trying to avoid refunding the $30 deposit. Then he had to refunded the $30. I cannot believe such people survive in business. I used to go to this place with my wife and kids regularly. I will never go back again.

  Nice location with a few small tables for some quick indulgence with family. I’ll give the ice cream quality a 4 but the waffle cone quality takes a dive to 0 ... 2 scoops literally disintegrated it and messed my hands. They need to do something about that. Also had some issues with cake mixups in the past ... my cake was literally given to the wrong person. Not good.
