  I purchased a brand new Arctic Spa from Aurora Outdoor Living and could not be happier with the product or the service. The spa for me was a fairly major purchase and the staff was informative and patient with me while I made my decision. They have continued to be supportive and answer any questions I have and perform frequent water tests for me. Once the tub was purchased and the delivery date was set the tub arrived on time and without incident, despite the fact that I live in a rural area about 30 minutes from the store. Connie even arranged for an electrician and a water truck to be onsite so I didn’t have to worry about it. The costs were all laid out for me in advance, and the numbers did not change at all after the delivery and installation. There were no hidden costs or complications – everything was I was told it was going to be. Aurora Outdoor Living is a family run business – and you can tell their customer service is important to them. I prefer to support family business where I can and in this case it paid off for sure!
